Why Indian businesses should attend
Meet component and system manufacturers, chip and server companies and distribution partners face-to-face, see product launches, and hold supply-chain conversations that are hard to progress remotely.
COMPUTEX also gives Indian technology teams a direct view of the computing and AI-hardware roadmap and of the manufacturing ecosystem behind it.
What visitors can explore
- Computing hardware & components: Processors, boards, storage, memory and PC systems.
- AI, servers & data centre: AI hardware, servers, networking and data-centre infrastructure.
- Devices & peripherals: Displays, accessories, gaming and connected devices.
- Startups & innovation: Early-stage hardware and software companies and the InnoVEX programme.
Product groups reflect the show’s published profile and can change between editions. Check the official website for the confirmed hall plan and exhibitor directory.
Taiwan Visitor Visa / Travel Authorisation for COMPUTEX Taipei 2027
Taiwan requires Indian passport holders to obtain authorisation before arrival. Routes include the Taiwan visitor visa through the Taipei Economic and Cultural Center, the Taiwan eVisa for eligible travellers, and — for travellers who already hold a valid visa or residence permit from certain countries — an online Travel Authorization Certificate. Eligibility conditions change; confirm which route applies to you.
Commonly required documents
- Passport valid at least 6 months beyond the trip
- Visa application form and a recent photograph
- Expo registration or invitation confirmation
- Confirmed return air ticket and accommodation booking
- Indian employer’s covering letter
- Proof of funds and employment
Important
An invitation letter and expo registration support an application but do not guarantee approval, and processing times are not fixed. The final decision rests with the Taiwanese authorities.
How to register
- Register online. Register as a trade visitor on the official COMPUTEX website with your professional and company details, and save your confirmation or e-badge.
- Request a letter for your visa file. Where the organiser offers a visa-support or invitation-letter service for registered visitors, request it early and keep it with your application documents.
- Carry business identification. Bring your passport, registration confirmation, an employer covering letter and business cards to the venue.
