4User Responsibilities

By using this Corporate Portal, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information required for processing your requests.
• Upload genuine, valid, and authentic documents.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Use the Corporate Portal only for authorized business purposes.
• Notify BTW Visa Services immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.

5Corporate Account Access

Corporate administrators may be granted additional privileges to manage employee requests, monitor application status, access reports, and perform other authorized administrative functions.

Corporate clients are responsible for ensuring that access is granted only to authorized personnel. BTW Visa Services shall not be responsible for any unauthorized access or misuse resulting from improper access management by the corporate client.

6Payment Terms

Payment for services shall be governed by the commercial agreement between BTW Visa Services and the corporate client, where applicable.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, service fees do not include:

• Government fees
• Embassy or Consulate fees
• Courier charges
• Other third-party charges

Applicable taxes shall be charged in accordance with the laws of India.

7Processing Times

Visa processing times are determined solely by the respective Embassies, Consulates, Government Authorities, and other relevant agencies.

BTW Visa Services does not guarantee:

• Approval of any visa application; or
• Completion of processing within any estimated timeframe.

All decisions relating to visa applications remain solely at the discretion of the relevant authorities.

8Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on this website, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, documents, designs, and other materials, is the property of BTW Visa Services or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, or otherwise use any content from this website without the prior written consent of BTW Visa Services.

9Limitation of Liability

BTW Visa Services shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the liability of BTW Visa Services shall be limited to the service fees paid by the corporate client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10Confidentiality

BTW Visa Services will treat all corporate and personal information collected through the Corporate Portal as confidential.

Information may be disclosed only where necessary:

• To provide the requested services.
• To comply with applicable laws or legal processes.
• To fulfill contractual obligations.
• As otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.

11Suspension and Termination

BTW Visa Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Corporate Portal without prior notice where:

• A user breaches these Terms of Service.
• Fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized activities are suspected.
• False, inaccurate, or misleading information has been provided.
• Continued use poses a security risk to the Corporate Portal, BTW Visa Services, or other users.

12Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Corporate Portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

13Amendments
