Visa Application Form

Duly completed, signed, and dated Schengen application form.

Passport

Original, valid $\mathbf{6}$ months past stay, $\mathbf{2}$ blank pages, undamaged. Issued in last $\mathbf{10}$ years. Submit old passport (if available).

Photographs

$\mathbf{2}$ recent (35x45 mm), all white background, matte finish. $\mathbf{80\%}$ face visible, neutral expression. No glasses/headgear (except for religious reasons).

Covering Letter

On company letterhead (seal/signature required). States purpose, duration, itinerary, company/traveler details, and details of stay.

Invitation Letter

From Austrian host, addressed to the diplomatic mission. Must specify purpose, contact, sponsorship details, and include authorized signature/company stamp.

Travel Itinerary

Confirmed round-trip flight tickets (showing return to India). Includes hotel bookings and business meeting schedule.

Travel Insurance

Schengen-compliant with € 30,000 minimum coverage. Valid for the entire duration of the trip (from leaving to returning India).

Bank Statement

Original savings bank statement (last $\mathbf{6}$ months) on A4 paper. Must have bank's seal and signature on every page. Must demonstrate sufficient funds.

Financial Proof (ITR)

Income Tax Returns (ITR-V) for the last $\mathbf{3}$ years, with proof of payment.

Sponsorship Letter (if applicable)

Must be addressed to the diplomatic mission. Specifies travel dates, sponsor's profession, relationship, and details of both applicant and sponsor.

Employment Proof

Employed: NOC from employer $\mathbf{+}$ Salary slips (must show company name/applicant designation). Self-Employed: Business registration documents.

Visa Fee Payment Proof

Receipt confirming payment of the visa application fee.

Conference Ticket

Documents confirming the visit's purpose, such as conference registration, trade fair passes, or exhibition tickets.
