Covering Letter from Employer | Issued on official company letterhead, signed and sealed. Must include traveler’s name, designation, travel purpose, duration of stay, company information, and expense bearer. Addressed to the Bangladesh High Commission. |
Invitation Letter from Bangladeshi Company | Must include company name, address, purpose of visit, contact person, and sponsorship details. Signed by authorized personnel and stamped. Addressed to the respective diplomatic mission. |
Bank Statements | Last 6 months’ original statement with bank seal and signature. Must show sufficient funds and healthy balance. Statements with irrelevant or low balances may lead to rejection. |

Visa Requirement
Indian nationals need a Business Visa for Bangladesh business visits, submitted to the High Commission.
