Proof of Accommodation & Travel Plan | Include hotel booking confirmations or a host invitation letter, along with a travel itinerary showing entry and exit dates. Tentative flight tickets are accepted if final bookings are pending. |
Financial Documents | Provide bank statements (last 6 months) with seal/signature, ITRs (2–3 years), and salary slips or business income proof. If company-sponsored, attach a sponsorship letter and company financial statements. |
Company Registration Proof | Attach Certificate of Incorporation (COI), GST certificate, or Shop Act License. All documents must be in English and include the applicant’s or employer’s name to verify business authenticity. |
Travel Insurance | Must be issued by an authorized insurance provider and cover the full duration of your stay in Georgia. It is advisable to have it valid for 3–10 days beyond your return date. |

Visa Requirement
Indian nationals can apply for a Georgia Business e-Visa online through the official E-Visa Portal of Georgia, without visiting the embassy.
It is recommended to apply at least 2 to 3 weeks before your travel date to allow sufficient time for processing and verification of business-related documents.
The e-Visa is typically processed within 5 working days, depending on the accuracy of the submitted information and supporting documents.
Submit via France-Visas online portal, attend biometrics at VFS Global, and track status via the VFS system.
