Certificate of Business Registration (Philippines) | Provided by the inviting company as proof of its registration with the Philippine authorities. |
Bank Statement (6 months) | Original statement, signed and stamped on each page. Should reflect healthy and consistent balance. |
Income Tax Returns (3 years) | ITR-V forms showing legitimate tax compliance and steady income. |
Credit Card & Statement (3 months) | Copy of credit card and last 3 months’ statement as additional proof of financial stability. |
Sponsorship Letter (if applicable) | Must state the relationship, profession, travel dates, and financial responsibility of the sponsor. Addressed to the Embassy. |
Salary Slips (3 months) | Must show company name, designation, and consistent salary credit. |
Hotel Booking / Accommodation Proof | Confirmed hotel reservation or host-provided accommodation details. |
Forex Receipt (Recommended) | Proof of foreign exchange showing approximately 500 USD or equivalent to support expenses during stay. |

Visa Requirement
