Overview
Indian professionals or entrepreneurs traveling to Poland for business-related purposes—such as client meetings, trade fairs, corporate training, or project discussions—must apply for a Poland Business Visa (Schengen Type C).
This visa permits short-term stays of up to 90 days in any 180-day period and allows entry across all Schengen countries. It is not valid for employment or paid work.
Applications can be made through VFS Global Poland Visa Centres in India or directly via the Embassy of Poland in New Delhi.

Visa Requirement
Indian nationals require a Poland Business Visa for attending short-term business events, professional meetings, or trade activities. The visa is processed under the Schengen category.
