Overview
Indian business professionals traveling to Portugal for short-term business engagements—such as meetings, conferences, trade events, or partnership negotiations—are required to apply for a Portugal Business Visa (Schengen Type C).
This visa permits short-term stays and access to all Schengen Zone countries, allowing multiple or single entries depending on the visa type issued. It is strictly for business-related travel and not valid for employment or paid work.
Applications can be made via VFS Global Portugal Visa Centres in India or directly through the Embassy of Portugal after scheduling an appointment.
