Overview

Indian professionals traveling to South Korea for trade, business meetings, investment visits, or corporate discussions must apply for a Short-Term Business Visa (C-3-4) prior to travel.

The visa allows multiple entries in certain cases and is valid for 90 days of stay per entry. Applicants can file their visa at the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in New Delhi or VFS Global centers across India.

Cover Letter from Indian Company

On official letterhead, detailing applicant’s designation, travel purpose, stay duration, and expense sponsor.

Invitation Letter from Korean Company

Must be signed, stamped, and contain travel purpose, sponsorship details, and company contact information.

Business Registration Certificate

Must be issued by the Korean Government proving the company’s legitimacy. English version preferred.

Bank Statement (3–6 months)

Original, signed, and stamped statement showing sufficient funds for travel.

Income Tax Returns (1–3 years)

Proof of tax payment with official acknowledgment receipts (ITR-V forms).

Salary Slips (3 months)

For employed applicants; must include company name, designation, and net earnings.

Sponsorship Letter (if applicable)

Should detail the relationship, sponsor’s profession, and responsibility for expenses, signed and notarized if needed.
