On company letterhead, mentioning applicant’s role, trip purpose, duration, and sponsor details.

Invitation Letter from Swiss Company

Must include host’s contact info, signature, stamp, and purpose of visit. Addressed to the Embassy.

Bank Statement (6 months)

Original, sealed, and signed by the bank, showing sufficient balance and steady financial history.

Income Tax Returns (3 years)

Valid proof of tax compliance with ITR-V acknowledgment copies.

Salary Slips (3 months)

Mandatory for employed applicants; should state employer and position.

Business License / Company Registration

Required for self-employed applicants to validate business legitimacy.

Hotel Booking / Accommodation Proof

Confirmed hotel voucher or invitation from host covering entire stay.

Sponsorship Letter (if applicable)

Notarized letter mentioning sponsor’s details, financial responsibility, and relationship.

Exhibition / Conference Proof

Copy of registration or invitation ticket for trade or professional events.
