Visa Requirement
Indian citizens must obtain a Taiwan Business Visa prior to traveling for meetings, conferences, or business collaborations.
Start your application process at least 3–4 weeks before travel to avoid last-minute issues or document rejections.
Usually 7–10 working days after document submission. During peak trade seasons or holidays, processing may extend to 15 working days.
Eligible applicants can apply online and track their application through the BOCA portal. Offline submissions can be tracked through TECC.

Ensure your invitation letter from the Taiwanese company includes its UBN, stamp, and signature.

Carry a printed copy of your visa or TAC, as soft copies are not accepted at entry points.
