Indian citizens can conveniently apply online through the Uzbekistan eVisa portal, or via the Embassy of Uzbekistan in New Delhi for long-term or multiple-entry business visits.

Passport

Must be original and valid for at least 6 months beyond travel. Minimum two blank pages are required for visa stamping. Must not be torn, damaged, or expired.

Photographs

One recent color photo (35x45 mm, matte finish, white background, neutral expression, 80% face coverage, no glasses).

Air Tickets

Confirmed round-trip booking showing entry and exit from Uzbekistan.

Invitation Letter (Uzbek Company)

Official letter from the inviting organization in Uzbekistan, signed and stamped, specifying the applicant’s details, visit purpose, and duration. Must be addressed to the Uzbekistan Embassy.

Cover Letter (Indian Company)

Issued on the company’s letterhead, signed by an authorized representative, including applicant’s details, position, travel dates, and purpose of business.

Travel Insurance

Must cover the duration of stay, including medical emergencies and repatriation.

Hotel Booking / Accommodation Proof

Confirmed hotel reservation or stay arrangement by the host company.

Bank Statement (3 months)

Original, signed and sealed by the bank, showing sufficient balance to cover trip expenses.

Business Registration Proof

Indian company’s incorporation certificate or GST registration copy for self-employed applicants.

Old Passport (if applicable)

Required if the applicant has prior visas or travel history. Must be in good condition.

Important Tip

Applicants visiting Uzbekistan for short business trips (up to 30 days) can apply through the eVisa portal. Those attending long-term contracts or multiple visits must apply via the Embassy of Uzbekistan.

All Indian citizens need a valid Uzbekistan Business Visa; eVisa for short-stay or Embassy for multi-entry.

eVisa processing typically takes 3–5 working days, while the Embassy route is 5–10 working days..

To qualify for an Uzbekistan Business Visa, Indian citizens must meet the following requirements:

Genuine Purpose

Visit must strictly be for legitimate business activities such as trade meetings, corporate discussions, exhibitions, or client visits.

Financial Stability

Applicants must demonstrate sufficient funds to cover travel, stay, and daily expenses.

Strong Home Ties

Applicants must provide proof of intent to return to India, such as employment verification, business registration, or family commitments.

Good Character

Applicants should not have any criminal record. Police clearance may be requested.

Health Requirements

You must meet the minimum health standards and insurance required by Uzbekistan’s authorities.
