Tips for Smooth Visa Approval
Use Consistent Details Across Documents: Your passport, invitation, and cover letter must match exactly in name, designation, and travel period.
Attach a Detailed Itinerary: Mention meeting locations, dates, and names of Brazilian companies — it demonstrates transparency of purpose.
Submit Updated Financial Proofs: The embassy prefers bank statements not older than three months.
Avoid Mixing Tourist Intent: Keep personal sightseeing plans separate from your business visit explanation.
Include Portuguese Translation (if available): A bilingual invitation letter can help expedite verification.
Respect Processing Timelines: Apply at least 3–4 weeks before your intended travel date to accommodate verification and document queries.
Print High-Quality Documents: Blurred or low-resolution scans often delay acceptance at the VFS counter.
Keep a Copy of Everything: Retain photocopies of the full file and RER barcode form for future trips.
