Step-by-Step Application Process

Step 1: Prepare Your Documents
Gather all required documents from the checklist. Verify that all details — names, passport numbers, and travel dates — match across every document.

Step 2: Fill Out the Application Form Online
Visit the e-Konsulat portal (https://secure.e-konsulat.gov.pl/) and complete the Poland Schengen Visa Form. Choose “Business” as your purpose of travel.

Step 3: Schedule Appointment via VFS Global
After filling the form, book your biometric appointment at the nearest VFS Poland Visa Centre in New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, or Kolkata.

Step 4: Pay Visa Fee & Submit Documents
Pay the visa fee online or at the VFS centre during submission. Submit your documents, passport, and biometric data (fingerprints and photograph).

Step 5: Receive Your e-Visa Approval

Once approved, your Albania Business e-Visa will be sent to your registered email address in PDF format.
Print a copy and carry it with you when traveling — this acts as your valid entry authorization.

Step 6: Collect Passport
