Step-by-Step Application Process

Step 1: Determine Your Visa Type & Fill the Application
Choose the Business Visa (short-term) for commercial meetings, conferences, or trade purposes. Fill the visa application form online or download and complete a physical form.

Step 2: Prepare All Required Documents
Attach all supporting documents (passport, photos, invitation letter, company cover letter, flight and hotel details, etc.) as per the checklist.

Step 3: Pay the Visa Fee
Complete the visa fee payment online or at the embassy/visa center. Keep the receipt for reference.

Step 4: Submit Your Application
Submit your documents either online (if eligible for e-Visa) or in person at the Indonesian Embassy/VFS center. Biometric data may be required.

Step 5: Receive Your e-Visa Approval

Once approved, your Albania Business e-Visa will be sent to your registered email address in PDF format.
Print a copy and carry it with you when traveling — this acts as your valid entry authorization.

Step 6: Receive Visa & Travel
