Step-by-Step Application Process

Step 1: Prepare All Required Documents
Gather all documents from the checklist. Cross-check names, passport numbers, and travel details for consistency across your cover letter, form, and invitation.

Step 2: Register on UDI Portal
Create an account on the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration (UDI) website (www.udi.no) and fill out the Schengen Business Visa application.

Step 3: Pay the Visa Fee Online
Pay the visa fee (€80 ≈ ₹7,500) through the UDI portal. A receipt will be generated — this must be printed and submitted along with your application.

Step 4: Schedule VFS Global Appointment
After completing the online form, schedule your appointment at the nearest VFS Global Norway Visa Application Centre (New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, or Kolkata).

Step 5: Receive Your e-Visa Approval

Once approved, your Albania Business e-Visa will be sent to your registered email address in PDF format.
