Step-by-Step Application Process

Step 1: Collect Required Documents
Gather all the documents listed above. Ensure that the applicant’s name, company details, and travel dates match across all forms and letters.

Step 2: Fill Out the Visa Application Form
Complete the Schengen Visa Application Form through the Portugal eVisa portal or obtain it from VFS Global. Select “Business” as the purpose of the visit.

Step 3: Schedule Appointment via VFS Global
Book your appointment at the nearest VFS Portugal Visa Centre (New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata, or Goa) for biometrics and document submission.

Step 4: Pay Visa Fee
Pay the visa fee online or at the VFS centre in INR. Keep the receipt for tracking your application.

Step 5: Receive Your e-Visa Approval

Once approved, your Albania Business e-Visa will be sent to your registered email address in PDF format.
Print a copy and carry it with you when traveling — this acts as your valid entry authorization.

Step 6: Track & Collect Visa
Track your application status through the VFS Global website. Once approved, collect your passport or have it delivered by courier.
