Who Needs a Business Visa?
All Indian citizens traveling to Singapore for short-term professional or commercial purposes are required to obtain a Singapore Business Visa (also known as an Entry Visa or Visit Visa for Business Meetings).
This visa is mandatory for:
Attending business meetings, trade exhibitions, or professional conferences
Negotiating contracts or exploring partnerships with Singaporean companies
Conducting site inspections or project evaluations
Representing an Indian firm in corporate or government-related events
The Singapore Business Visa does not permit employment or paid work. For long-term assignments or work-related stays, a Singapore Employment Pass or Work Visa must be applied for separately.
BTW Visa Tip: All Singapore visa applications from India must be routed through authorized visa agents, as individual submissions are not accepted by the Singapore High Commission. BTW Visa Services is a registered and trusted facilitator, ensuring each application is formatted and verified per ICA (Immigration & Checkpoints Authority) guidelines.

Gather all necessary documents listed above. Ensure that names, passport numbers, and company details match exactly across the cover letter, invitation, and flight itinerary.
Step 2: Submit Documents to an Authorized Agent
Singapore’s ICA accepts applications only via authorized visa agents (not directly from individuals). BTW Visa Services, as an approved channel partner, submits your documents securely through ICA’s SAVE (Submission of Application for Visa Electronically) system.
Step 3: Fill Out Form 14A & Upload Documents
Complete the visa form digitally with accurate details. Attach scanned copies of your passport, photo, and business invitation in JPEG/PDF format.
Step 4: Pay Visa Fee Online
Pay the visa processing fee (S$30, approx. ₹1,900) via the agent portal or authorized payment link. Keep the transaction receipt as proof.

Once approved, your Albania Business e-Visa will be sent to your registered email address in PDF format.
Print a copy and carry it with you when traveling — this acts as your valid entry authorization.
