Step-by-Step Application Process

Step 1: Prepare All Required Documents
Collect all mandatory documents listed above. Verify that your invitation, company letter, and application form carry matching details (especially names, passport number, and travel dates).

Step 2: Complete the Online Application Form
Visit the BLS International Spain Visa Portal, fill out the Schengen visa form online, and print a copy. Attach your recent photo as per specifications.

Step 3: Schedule an Appointment
Book your appointment at the nearest BLS Spain Visa Centre — available in New Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, or Ahmedabad.

Step 4: Visit the Visa Centre & Submit Biometrics
Attend your appointment in person. Submit your passport, documents, and biometrics (fingerprints & photo). Biometric data is valid for 59 months for future Schengen applications.

Step 5: Receive Your e-Visa Approval

Once approved, your Albania Business e-Visa will be sent to your registered email address in PDF format.
Print a copy and carry it with you when traveling — this acts as your valid entry authorization.

Step 6: Embassy Review & Processing
Your file will be forwarded to the Embassy or Consulate of Spain for verification. Standard processing time: 10–15 working days, depending on embassy workload. Once approved, collect your passport.
